Wohl-Fühl-Oase Betreuungsgruppe findet jeweils Donnerstag von 14 bis 17 Uhr, außer an Feiertagen statt und wird für erkrankte Menschen jeden Alters, vorwiegend für demenziell erkrankte Menschen durchgeführt. Das Angebot ist zur Entlastung der pflegenden Angehörigen und kann bei Vorliegen der Voraussetzungen mit der Pflegekasse abgerechnet werden.

Das "Bürger helfen Bürgern Team" besteht jeweils aus einer Fachkraft (Krankenschwester mit Pflegeerfahrung oder Altenpflegerin) und ehrenamtlich Helfenden. Eine Anmeldung ist für die organisatorische Vorbereitung wichtig. Ein Fahrdienst Hin- und Rückfahrt wird angeboten. 
Die Betreuung ist im Arthur Pohl Raum (Eingang, Innenhof gegenüber dem Altenheim) Brunnenstraße 1, Schwaikheim.
