You have the option of registering as a member on this website. The GDBA collects the following data for the following purposes:
– Your name (first name and last name), in order to manage your membership and contact you personally.
– Your postal address (street, house number, extra address line, postcode, city, country), in order to contact you by post if necessary and send you the members’ magazine.
– Your telephone number and email address, to contact you in order to fulfil its tasks.
– Your date of birth, gender and nationality, for statistical purposes.
– Your profession, employment status and engagement (stage), for membership administration and to assign you to professional groups and local organisations.
– Your gross monthly salary and payment data (payment frequency, payment method and account details), to calculate and collect the membership fee.
The collection of the aforementioned data is necessary for the initiation and implementation of membership and is therefore carried out on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1(b) GDPR, with regard to the membership of the trade union-oriented stage cooperative sought in the context of Art. 9 para. 1, 2(d) GDPR.
In addition, the GDBA also stores the technical data accompanying the registration, such as your IP address and the date and time of registration. This data is stored to protect against misuse of the GBDA’s services, which constitutes a legitimate interest. In this respect, the processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1(f) GDPR.
This data will not be passed on to third parties unless there is a legal obligation to pass it on or it serves the purpose of criminal prosecution.
You can change your personal data at any time by completing the form again and selecting the ‘Change request’ option.
