Hiermit ermächtige ich den Verein Mugunghwa Koreanische Schule e.V., Zahlungen von meinem Konto mittels Lastschrift einzuziehen. Gleichzeitig weise ich nachfolgendes Kreditinstitut an, den Mitgliedsbeitrag bis auf Widerruf von meinem Konto abzubuchen. Der vereinbarte Mitgliedsbeitrag wird monatlich um den 15. herum per SEPA-Lastschrift eingezogen. Hinweis: Sie können innerhalb von 8 Wochen, beginnend mit dem Belastungsdatum, die Erstattung des belasteten Betrages verlangen. Es gelten die mit Ihrem Kreditinstitut vereinbarten Bedingungen.

본인은 마인츠 무궁화 한글학교 협회가 은행자동이체를 통해 본인의 계좌에서 매월 학비를 출금할 수 있도록 승인합니다. 동시에 본인은 추후 취소통지가 없는 한 다음 은행이 본인 계좌에서 학비를 인출할 것을 지시합니다. 합의된 회비는 매달 15일경에 SEPA 자동이체를 통해 납부됩니다. 참고: 인출 날짜로부터 8주 이내에 인출된 금액의 상환을 요청할 수 있습니다. 이에는 은행과 합의한 조건이 적용됩니다.

I hereby authorize the Mugunghwa Koreanische Schule e.V. association to collect payments from my account by direct debit. At the same time, I instruct the following bank to debit the membership fee from my account until further notice. The agreed membership fee is collected around the 15th of each month by SEPA direct debit. Note: You can request reimbursement of the debited amount within 8 weeks, starting with the debit date. The conditions agreed with your credit institution apply.
