Thank you for your interest in becoming a member of our association. Adult applicants may use this form to apply for either regular membership ("ordentliches Mitglied") or supporting membership ("Fördermitglied"). Individuals under the age of 18 who wish to join are kindly requested to download the designated application form and submit the completed document to us by post.

Please note: This is a translated version of the membership application form. In case of any discrepancies, the German version of this form shall prevail.

2. Type of Membership

There are two types of membership: regular membership ("ordentliches Mitglied") and supporting membership ("Fördermitglied").

I recognise the statutes, the membership rules and the privacy policy (all documents at: csd-leipzig.de/verein) of CSD Leipzig e.V. and commit to paying the annual membership fee. ^*

The annual membership fee for regular members is at least EUR 60. If membership begins on or before March 31 of a given year, the full annual membership fee is payable. For memberships commencing after March 31, the fee for regular members will be reduced for the year of entry as follows:

April 1 to June 30: 75% of the annual fee

July 1 to September 30: 50% of the annual fee

October 1 to December 31: 25% of the annual fee

For supporting members, the annual membership fee is at least EUR 240. Supporting members do not have voting rights at the General Assembly.

3. SEPA Direct Debit

Membership fees are collected by SEPA Core Direct Debit. The debit will be made annually on February 1.

If you join the association during the course of the year, we kindly ask you to transfer the membership fee immediately after submitting your application to the following bank account:

Please note: The Executive Board will decide on the membership application only after receipt of payment. In the event that the application is rejected, the membership fee will be refunded.

Consent to the SEPA Direct Debit Scheme ^*

I hereby authorise CSD Leipzig e.V. to collect payments from my account by direct debit. At the same time, I instruct my credit institution to honour the direct debits drawn by CSD Leipzig e.V. from my account.

I am aware that I may request a refund of the debited amount within eight weeks, starting from the debit date. The terms and conditions agreed upon with my credit institution shall apply.
