Wir bieten einen Yogakurs für Anfänger an – egal, ob Vereinsmitglied oder nicht! Die Teilnahme ist auch für Vereinsfremde kostenfrei, für die dauerhafte Teilnahme ist jedoch ein Vereinseintritt erforderlich - bitte bringt euch eine Decke und warme Socken mit. Für Rückfragen steht unsere Übungsleiterin Yana Wiegard unter 0179-4631676 zur Verfügung.

Anmeldungen sind erwünscht (entweder telefonisch bei Yana oder direkt hier), aber auch spontane Teilnahmen sind möglich.
