Dieser Kurs schließt die Lücke zwischen bloßem Naschen und echtem Verständnis: Sie lernen, Honig mit professionellen Methoden systematisch zu analysieren, Aromen zu entschlüsseln und Texturen zu bewerten.

Das Seminar richtet sich gezielt an drei Gruppen: Imker erweitern hier ihre Verkaufsstrategie, indem sie lernen, die geschmackliche Exzellenz ihrer Erzeugnisse fachlich fundiert zu vermitteln.  Köche entdecken neue Möglichkeiten für innovative Kreationen und präzises Food-Pairing, während interessierte Liebhaber ihre Sinne schärfen, um die feinen Unterschiede zwischen den Sorten im Alltag bewusst genießen zu können.
