Wer Teams oder Gruppen leitet, möchte, dass Menschen erfolgreich zusammen arbeiten. Dazu ist das Vier-Faktoren-Modell der TZI ein hilfreiches methodisches Instrument. Aufgaben und Ziele, die einzelnen Beteiligten, ihr Zusammenwirken und der Kontext werden gleich wichtig genommen und zur Geltung gebracht.

Ziel des Seminars ist es, den Blick für diese vier Faktoren und für neue Handlungsideen und Entwicklungsräume in der je eigenen Praxis zu schärfen.
