Your personal data will only be stored within the club for member administration and correspondence with you. As part of the access control to general meetings and when allocating lockers, a list of names is created. The association uses your email address to send invitations to the general meeting and to send the minutes. Covered by a data processing contract, your data will also be stored by SD Software-Design GmbH, c/o Dept. easyVerein, Basler Landstraße 8, 79111 Freiburg im Breisgau and processed for the provision of our club management software easyVerein.
