Wir laden euch zu einem ganz besonderen UNord vor Ort-Abend ein! 

Dieses Mal sind wir zu Gast bei Sabine Ludewig in Hofgeismar, die gemeinsam mit ihrem Mann Philipp ein mehrfach ausgezeichnetes Autohaus führt – und das in dritter Generation! 

 

Sabine ist nicht nur Kfz-Mechanikerin für Pkw und Lkw, sondern auch Kfz-Betriebswirtin und beschäftigt 40 Mitarbeitende. Ihr Ziel? Junge Menschen zu Fachkräften machen und die Branche in die Zukunft führen. 

Seit ihrem Einstieg 2007 hat sie das Unternehmen komplett neu ausgerichtet  – von einem klassischen Taxi- und Fuhrunternehmen zu einem Top-Mercedes-Partner mit deutschlandweiter Strahlkraft. 

Welche Herausforderungen sie gemeistert hat und wie sie mit ihrem Motto „Aufgeben gibt’s nicht!“ immer wieder neue Wege geht – das erzählt sie uns persönlich.
